Senior JavaScript Engineer - Gaming
LeoVegas is looking for a passionate and experienced self-driven Senior JavaScript Engineer to join their mission to deliver the greatest igaming experience to customers. As part of a multinational frontend team, the successful candidate will be an important cog in the machinery, creating new features for and maintaining the full product of LeoVegas.com.
In close collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend peers, the engineer will work on a broad variety of initiatives ranging from responsible gaming and payments to the casino lobby layout and new market entries.
- Develop and maintain high-quality JavaScript applications.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging user experience.
- Drive the development of most of the frontend features of Leovegas.com.
- Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus.
- Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories.
- Proven experience with Javascript (required).
- Good knowledge of GraphQl (required).
- Working experience with React and Typescript (Next.js) (required).
- Working proficiency with Node.js and Microservices (required).
- Experience with OpenAPI (nice-to-have).
- Experience with BigQuery (nice-to-have).
- Experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot (nice-to-have).
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting AI to enhance engineering practices and software delivery (nice-to-have).
