Senior Manager HR Business Partner
The Senior Manager HR Business Partner is a senior strategic HR partner and key advisor to the functional leadership team at LeoVegas. Reporting to the Director of People & Business Partnering, the role involves bridging the gap between long-term business objectives and organisational capability. The individual acts as the lead HR owner of the people strategy for a global C-Suite leader and their direct leadership team, ensuring that talent strategy supports business performance and growth.
In this role, the Senior Manager HR Business Partner provides proactive, data-driven insights to anticipate talent trends and design structures that optimise for speed, global scalability, and efficiency. As a confidential trusted advisor, the role guides senior stakeholders through complex leadership dynamics, succession planning, and organisational evolution. The position balances high-level strategy with the leadership of an HRBP team, ensuring that global people initiatives are executed with precision and functional relevance.
- Coach C-suite and Directors to accelerate decision-making, navigate high-stakes leadership dynamics, and improve alignment.
- Translate 3-year business goals into a scalable global workforce structure and a forward-looking talent roadmap.
- Convert people analytics into actionable strategic insights to mitigate risks and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Map future leadership layers, identifying high-potentials and designing bespoke development tracks.
- Partner across HR functions to ensure global compensation, culture, and performance initiatives fit specific business needs.
- Drive a high-performance culture across the organization that directly impacts bottom-line results and scalability.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill the HRBP team to transition from operational tasks to a high standard of strategic partnership.
- Define team workflows aligned with global HR governance and serve as the final escalation point for complex employee relations.
- Proven experience partnering with and challenging C-Suite or Executive-level stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment (required).
- Deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management (required).
- A track record of leading and developing HR professionals, with the ability to pivot a team from operational tasks to strategic ownership (required).
- Ability to use data to tell a story, predict trends, and influence business investment in people initiatives (required).
- Experience navigating complex legal, cultural, and operational landscapes across multiple regions (required).
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home.
