Senior Manager Performance Analytics - Nordics Cluster
LeoVegas is looking for a Senior Manager Performance Analytics for the Nordics Cluster. In this position, the individual will own performance analytics for the Nordic market and assist the Country Director in growing the business. This role encompasses all functions, including marketing, CRM, product, and operations, and focuses on how these areas collectively drive revenue.
The role involves working closely with the Country Director and functional leaders on a weekly basis. The Senior Manager will conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and present market performance to the Executive Committee. Additionally, the individual will help shape the annual strategy and provide data-driven challenges to the Country Director when necessary. As the Nordics is a priority for the Group, this role offers significant visibility and opportunities for professional growth within the senior performance analytics team.
- Own the performance numbers for your market and explain what is driving results.
- Turn analysis into clear recommendations for the Country Director and functional leaders.
- Run the monthly and quarterly business reviews and present market performance to the Executive Committee.
- Help shape the market's annual strategy and feed driver-level inputs into the forecast.
- Take complex business questions from first framing to a clear recommendation.
- Own the market's KPIs and dashboards, working with central BI, data engineering and data science.
- Lead analytics projects with central data teams and guide other analysts in the team.
- Use AI tools to work faster and bring structure to your analysis.
- Around seven years in commercial analytics or consulting at a strong digital business. Fewer if you come from a top-tier strategy consultancy (required).
- Understand how marketing, CRM, product and operations connect, and can explain the whole picture of how a business performs (required).
- Frame unstructured problems, find the answer and present it clearly to senior leaders. This includes challenging them when the evidence says so (required).
- Write strong SQL, work confidently in Tableau and GCP or similar tools, and use AI tools in your daily work (required).
- Led analytics projects and guided other analysts, without needing line management to do it (required).
- Experience in online gambling, sports betting or another regulated digital sector (nice-to-have).
- Python or R for analysis (nice-to-have).
