Senior Manager Process Improvement
LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group is looking for a Senior Manager Process Improvement to join its transformation team based in the Malta office. This is a leadership role created to add a supportive layer of structure to the growing department, take over key responsibilities from senior leadership, and provide dedicated day-to-day guidance to team members.
In this role, the individual will take ownership of a major portfolio of operational transformation projects while directly managing, coaching, and developing a focused team of three direct reports. As a senior manager, the individual will act as a key link between business departments and technical automation capabilities. The primary focus will be to analyse operational workflows, define what an efficient future-state process looks like, and help decide whether a workflow is best optimised through traditional process redesign, RPA solutions, or intelligent AI frameworks.
This is an excellent opportunity for an internal process expert who is ready to step into a people management role, take responsibility for team success, and build high-visibility leadership experience across LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group.
- Guiding, coaching, and supporting a Malta-based team of process professionals, managing their day-to-day delivery while keeping up hands-on process expertise.
- Taking ownership of high-level process improvement initiatives and smoothly managing delegated operational portfolios from senior leadership.
- Reviewing existing company processes and mapping out future-state workflows to decide if they are best optimised through traditional fixes, RPA, or AI tools.
- Influencing stakeholders, leads, and directors across different departments without needing official authority to steer them toward optimised process changes.
- Keeping projects moving at a steady pace and making sure transformation initiatives move forward smoothly without getting stuck in over-analysis.
- Collaborating closely with technical automation leads to match the team's process analysis with actual engineering and automation goals.
- Extensive experience in process analysis, workflow mapping, and operational transformation across business areas (required).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to gain trust and comfortably influence director-level stakeholders (required).
- A clear understanding of what RPA and AI tools can achieve for workflows, with the ability to identify the right use cases (required).
- Strong project management experience, with a track record of moving projects successfully from pilot phases into everyday business-as-usual (required).
- A natural aptitude for leadership, with a strong desire to mentor, develop, and support direct reports (required).
- Experience driving process improvements or aligning operations across different international market clusters (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with structured process improvement frameworks or methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN (nice-to-have).
- Hybrid work policy.
- 4 weeks of Workation (T&C apply).
- Well-being allowance to support your active lifestyle.
- Private health insurance.
- Discounts across a range of retailers, gyms, bars & restaurants.
- Employee assistance program that can provide help and guidance during challenging moments.
