Description

The Senior Technical Compliance Specialist will join a team of professionals with various backgrounds who share a unique passion for technology and compliance. This role acts as a second line of defence to ensure that the regulated product adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

The specialist will be responsible for mastering product compliance requirements, primarily for the Italian jurisdiction. This involves ensuring that all internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and providing interpretation and guidance as appropriate. The role also involves delivering requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and reviewing designs against regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Mastering product compliance requirements primarily for the Italian jurisdiction, ensuring that all internal tools are up to date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and providing interpretation and guidance as appropriate.
  • Delivering requirements to the Product and Tech organisation and reviewing designs against regulations.
  • Monitoring and assessing changing requirements and ensuring timely analysis, communications and implementation.
  • Supporting internal teams by advising on technical compliance queries.
  • Closely cooperating with the Compliance team to identify and address findings and incidents.
  • Being highly involved in technical audit activities.
  • Mentoring and managing team members as required.
  • Contributing to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group and promoting a compliance culture within the organisation.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience working on regulated online gambling products (required).
  • Expertise in relation to the technical implementation of regulatory compliance requirements (required).
  • Italian speaking (required).
  • Previous experience in technical regulatory reporting (nice-to-have).
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and Change management (nice-to-have).
