As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting commercial, corporate and operations teams, the role involves partnering with hiring managers within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
Beyond managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and strategic roles, the individual will bring an analytical and consultative approach to continuously enhance the talent acquisition strategy. Experience within the iGaming industry is essential for this role.
- Owning the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
- Leveraging data and recruitment analytics to refine processes and provide actionable insights.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring an outstanding stakeholder experience.
- Continuously optimising recruitment workflows and implementing industry best practices.
- Supporting recruitment projects, including company expansion and employer branding initiatives.
- Delivering a seamless candidate experience, ensuring engagement at every stage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience recruiting preferably within the iGaming industry (preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making (required).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organisation (required).
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home.
