Commercial Director - EMEAA
The Commercial Director, EMEAA sits within the central Product Management organisation, reporting to the VP, Commercial Execution. This role is the critical link between central commercial strategy and the regional commercial teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia (EMEAA), ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into effective market execution.
The primary focus of the role is to partner with and support commercial teams in representing the company's commercial strategy in market, with a particular emphasis on driving aggregation growth across both Spark and Power partner ecosystems.
- Partner closely with EMEAA-based commercial and sales teams to represent central commercial strategy and ensure alignment between central product priorities and regional execution.
- Drive partner aggregation growth across both Spark and Power partner networks, identifying and closing gaps in partner coverage across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional commercial leadership, helping shape go-to-market plans that incorporate aggregation opportunities.
- Support partner prioritisation, roadmap alignment, and commercial negotiations related to Spark and Power partnerships.
- Track and report on aggregation performance, partner pipeline health, and key commercial KPIs to the VP, Commercial Execution and other senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management & marketing departments to ensure relevant documentation is provided for external sales material.
- Provide regional market intelligence and competitive insight including regulatory developments across key EMEAA jurisdictions, to inform and refine central commercial strategy.
- Represent the central commercial team at partner meetings, industry events, and regional business reviews across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
- Travel as needed across the EMEAA region to support partner and commercial team engagements.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, partnerships, or account management, ideally within gaming, gambling, or iGaming (required).
- Demonstrated experience with content aggregation platforms, partner ecosystems, or B2B partnership models (required).
- Strong understanding of the EMEAA regulated gaming landscape, including key European markets (e.g., UK, Malta, Italy, Spain), and awareness of Middle East, Africa & Asia market dynamics (required).
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional and regional stakeholders without direct authority (required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills (required).
- Ability to travel across the region and internationally as required (required).
- Fluency in English required (required).
