Senior Advanced Solutions Architect
Light & Wonder is seeking a Senior Advanced Solutions Architect to design software systems using Microsoft Web technologies and ensure compliance with architecture requirements. The role involves working with system architecture, code review, and software design patterns.
Responsibilities include participating in architectural meetings, analyzing technical requirements for Dot Net applications, and reviewing infrastructure for issues, recommending appropriate solutions. The architect will monitor application architecture, ensure proper implementation of solutions, and play a direct role in the design, programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of web-centric applications.
This position requires attending to and troubleshooting website issues and security breaches, ensuring website protection through appropriate security measures. Communication with business stakeholders, customers, and vendors regarding requirements for solution design and work completion is essential. The role also involves learning new technologies and frameworks, building proof of concepts for smoother implementation, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for applications to support business users during user testing.
Furthermore, the Senior Advanced Solutions Architect will research and understand new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements for intranet and external internet-related systems. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, architectural and coding standards, and ensuring website compliance with all laws and regulations are key aspects of this role.
- Design software systems using Microsoft Web technologies and ensure compliance with architecture requirements.
- Work with system architecture, code review and software design patterns.

- Learn new technology/framework and build proof of concepts to ensure smoother & foolproof implementation.
- Act as the SME for the applications to support & help business users conduct successful user testing.
- Research, track, and understand new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analysing business requirements as they pertain to intranet and external internet related systems.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices, architectural & coding standards and implement same.
- Ensure website compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering or related field (required)
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Manager, Software Engineering, or any combination thereof (required)
