Digital Operations Expert

We are looking for a profile to join the Operations & Technology Department as an Application Operations Expert.
- Planning, implementing, and executing application releases across different environments
- Management of application monitoring, tuning, and performance analysis
- Delivery, assurance, and troubleshooting on production systems
- Coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintenance, configuration, and updates of enterprise middleware (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx, Redis)
- Management and configuration of application frameworks
- Analysis of application and infrastructure logs
- Support for the continuous improvement of deployment and operation processes
- Contribution to the implementation of automation processes
- Previous experience as an Application Systems Engineer, Application Operations Engineer, or System Engineer
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Zabbix, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with log management tools (Elastic, Kibana, Graylog, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Ansible AWX, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and code versioning is preferred
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage tasks in mission-critical environments
