Front End Digital Customer Care Operator
Lottomatica Group is looking for a professional to join the Front End Digital Customer Care department on a fixed-term contract. The role focuses on managing operational processes related to first-level customer support within the front office.
- First-level inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Ticket management.
- Support in handling customer complaints.
- Suspension, reactivation, and closure of gaming accounts.
- Responsible Gaming reporting to the designated team.
- Bonus allocation and management.
- Sending mass communications to customers.
- Availability to work evening shifts and holidays (service hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including public holidays) (preferred).
- Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office applications (preferred).
