HR Payroll Specialist
The Human Resources Department is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to join its team at the Rome office. This role focuses on managing payroll processes, including contractual and retributive changes, hirings, and terminations.
The specialist will oversee the attendance recording process and manage justifications within the Zucchetti Presenze Project system. They will serve as a direct interface with external providers for payslip processing and verification, and provide support to employees on personnel administration and payroll matters. Additional responsibilities include managing expense reports, relations with supplementary health insurance, monthly schedules, and social security funds, as well as producing required reports.
- Interface with the HR Management function to transpose all contractual/retributive changes and hirings/terminations related to payroll.
- Manage the attendance recording process and justifications in the Zucchetti Presenze Project system (sickness, maternity, leave, etc.).
- Act as a direct interface with external providers for the processing and verification of payslips.
- Provide direct support to employees regarding all aspects of personnel administration and payroll.
- Manage expense reports and relations with supplementary health insurance.
- Manage monthly schedules and related fulfilments.
- Manage relations with social security and welfare funds.
- Produce reports as required from time to time.
- Degree preferably in economics/administration (required).
- Thorough knowledge of the Zucchetti Project application (required).
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (required).
- Master's degree in HR Administration or a Payroll Course (nice-to-have).
- Experience of at least 2 years in payroll cycle management and time and attendance management, preferably in structured, medium-large companies (required).
- Knowledge of the CCNL for Trade and Metalmechanics (required).
- Excellent command of information technology, in particular the Office package and Excel (required).
