HR PMO
Lottomatica Group is looking for a professional to join the HR & Organisation Department as an HR PMO. This role will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of HR projects, collaborating with various company functions on cross-functional initiatives. The HR PMO will prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support management, monitor KPIs and project progress, and identify areas for improvement. The position also involves supporting Compensation & Benefit activities and projects, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met, and contributing to the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes. The role requires managing the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data to support decision-making.
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of HR projects
- Collaborate with various company functions on cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support management
- Monitor KPIs and project progress, identifying any areas for improvement
- Support Compensation & Benefit activities and projects
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met
- Contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
- Manage the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data necessary for decision-making support
- Degree in Engineering or Economics (required)
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management Office roles, Project Coordination, or HR functions with significant project exposure (required)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level), written and spoken (required)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring activities (required)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously (required)
