Finance Manager
MediaTroopers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company.
The role involves managing all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition. The Finance Manager will prepare timely financial reports, maintain internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, the role includes monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes, liaising with external parties, managing a team, and overseeing financial systems.
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers.
- Manage a team.
- Take care of collection.
- Maintain relationships with banks.
- Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) (required)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Finance Manager or a similar role (required)
- Experience in digital marketing, media, or iGaming industries (nice-to-have)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting (required)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Excel (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills (required)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure (required)
