Motion Designer
Novibet is looking for a Motion Designer to join its team. The role focuses on creating visually compelling assets for social media platforms, including graphics, illustrations, photos, videos, and animations.
The Motion Designer will collaborate with the content team to develop visual concepts that support brand messaging and drive engagement. The individual will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements while adhering to established guidelines and design standards.
Furthermore, the role requires the ability to stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality and innovative visual content. The Motion Designer must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Designing visually compelling assets for social media platforms, including graphics, illustrations, photos, videos, and animations.
- Collaborating closely with the content team to develop visual concepts that support brand messaging and drive engagement.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all visual elements in line with established guidelines and design standards.
- Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality and innovative visual content.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics (required).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of both static design principles (typography, color theory, composition) and animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) (required).
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (required).
- CapCut knowledge (nice-to-have).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, as well as receive feedback constructively (required).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (required).
- English is desirable, but not mandatory (nice-to-have).
