Client Integrations Specialist
As a key member of a global integrations team, the Client Integrations Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client integrations across SportCast’s product suite. This includes understanding partner requirements, defining the optimal integration approach, guiding clients through API adoption workflow, and ensuring successful delivery from initial scoping through to production launch.
The specialist will act as the central point of contact for B2C and B2B partners, combining technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to help clients integrate SportCast products efficiently and reliably. They will collaborate closely with engineering, product, delivery, and support teams to ensure integrations are well-planned and aligned with both client needs and internal capabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client integrations across SportCast’s product suite.
- Understand partner requirements and define the optimal integration approach.

- Experience in client integrations, technical delivery, customer success engineering, or similar roles within SaaS, iGaming, or API-driven environments (required).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, JSON/XML structures, and integration workflows (required).
- Proven ability to analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable integration plans (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Postman, log analysis, and monitoring platforms (required).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple integrations in a fast-paced environment (required).
- A proactive, flexible team player who can adapt to shifting priorities and global time zones (required).
- Enthusiasm for learning complex systems, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product and process improvements (required).
