Customer Relations Executive
Paysafe is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join its team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves providing high-quality support to customers through various communication channels while maintaining a positive experience. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on service delivery and process improvement.
The position requires working 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 00:00. The role is based in a hybrid working model, requiring an average of three days per week at the Sofia office.
- Create a positive customer experience with every interaction.

- Fluent command of English (required).
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) (required).
- Previous experience in customer service (nice-to-have).

- Readiness to take ownership and responsibility (required).
- Willingness to work in an international, fast-paced environment (required).
- Experience in a global organisation or high-tech industry (nice-to-have).
