Customer Relations Executive with Spanish and English
Paysafe is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join its team in Sofia. The role involves providing high-quality support to customers and contributing to a collaborative working environment within a global fintech organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across various channels while maintaining service standards and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Support customers via phone, email, or chat

- Work on 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 00:00
- Fluent command of Spanish and English (required)
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) (required)
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset (required)
- Readiness to take ownership and responsibility (required)
- Willingness to work in an international, fast-paced environment (required)
- Experience in a global organisation or high-tech industry (preferred)
