Inside Sales Representative (Future Opportunities)
Paysafe is building a talent community for future Inside Sales Representative, or Account Executive, positions based in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves driving business growth through proactive sales efforts and relationship management within a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to onboarding, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions to customers and partners.
- Engaging prospective and existing customers through outbound sales efforts
- Building and maintaining strong referral partner relationships
- Guiding customers through the onboarding and application process
- Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Promoting value-added products and services
- Collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and support teams
- Consistently achieving and exceeding performance goals
- At least 1 year of sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (required)
- Confidence making high-volume outbound calls (required)
- A results-oriented, self-motivated approach (required)
- The ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment (required)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required)
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience in merchant services, payments, banking, fintech, or related industries (preferred)
