Brand Designer
Pin-Up Global is seeking a Brand Designer to join their team. The role involves the creation, maintenance, and development of design systems and brand books for RedCore and its business units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing key visuals, merchandise, print materials, and other assets based on brand books, templates, and design systems. The role also requires continuous research into target audiences, market trends, and competitors, as well as the use of AI tools for image generation and task automation. Collaboration with designers, team leads, and project managers is essential, as is conducting workshops and lectures for the graphic design team. The role also includes developing checklists to optimise the design project workflow and mentoring and reviewing creative materials from the design team.
- Creation, maintenance and development of design systems and brand books for RedCore and business units
- Development of key visuals, design elements, merchandise, print, and other materials based on the brand books, templates, and design systems of RedCore and business units
- Continuous research of the target audience, market, trends, and competitors
- AI-based image generation and retouching
- Creation of visual element templates, search for more efficient tools and approaches, and task automation
- Collaboration with designers, team leads, and project managers
- Conducting workshops and lectures for the graphic design team
- Development of checklists to optimise the design project workflow
- Mentoring and reviewing creative materials from the design team
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) (required)
- Confident use of AI tools to speed up creative processes and find new ideas (ChatGPT, KREA, Magnific) (required)
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and ability to experiment with styles and formats (required)
- Experience with print design and pre-press production (required)
- Creative and proactive mindset (required)
- Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with colleagues and clients (required)
- High level of self-organisation with the ability to manage time and tasks to deliver work on schedule (required)
- Strong sense of composition, typography, and colour with the ability to explain design choices (required)
