Business Analyst
The role involves driving business analysis activities for launching a new domain, ensuring all product needs are accurately captured, structured, and documented.
It acts as the primary bridge and mediator between the Product team and the Technical team, translating product vision into detailed technical requirements.
The successful candidate will translate business needs into actionable deliverables for development, including documentation, backlog items, epics, and user stories. They will actively manage and groom the backlog, clarify complex logic for developers, and ensure the final technical delivery aligns with product expectations. Additionally, they will ensure business stakeholders have the required level of transparency on progress, priorities, and decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

- Act as the primary bridge and mediator between the Product team and the Technical team, translating product vision into detailed technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable deliverables for development, including documentation, backlog items, epics, and user stories.
- Actively manage and groom the backlog, clarify complex logic for developers, and ensure the final technical delivery aligns with product expectations.
- Ensure business stakeholders have the required level of transparency on progress, priorities, and decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Exceptional core Business Analysis skills with a proven track record of eliciting, structuring, and writing clear, high-quality technical and functional requirements. (required)
- Previous experience working in complicated, dynamic environments with a high level of uncertainty and complex cross-unit dependencies. (required)
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. (required)
- Proven experience drafting BRDs and decomposing them into backlog items - Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. (required)
- Solid knowledge of BPMN, UML, and system/block diagrams. (required)
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders in terms of value and KPIs, and with tech teams on a technical level. (required)
- Strong ability to break down complex business logic into actionable development tasks. (required)
- Productive experience in the iGaming industry, specifically with casino games and slot mechanics. (required)
- Knowledge of data analytics and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). (required)
- Experience with API documentation. (required)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and UX research principles. (required)
- Knowledge of BABOK principles would be an advantage. (nice-to-have)
- Exceptional ability to act as a "translator" between non-technical stakeholders (Product) and technical teams (Development/QA). (required)
