Compensation & Benefits Specialist
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist role focuses on managing compensation structures, ensuring accurate payroll processes, and maintaining compliance with labour regulations across multiple international locations.
This role involves analysing personnel costs, updating salary ranges, and overseeing employee leave and bonus calculations. It offers the opportunity to work within a multicultural environment and contribute to the development of compensation policies in a fast-growing business.
- Maintain and administer the compensation structure for all employee categories.
- Update salary ranges, including monthly salaries and hourly rates, across multiple locations.
- Prepare monthly personnel cost reports and perform analysis by payment type such as salaries, bonuses, sick leave, and vacation pay.
- Monitor and track employee leave utilisation.
- Verify the accuracy of bonus calculations.
- Develop compensation policies and procedures.
- Automate payroll and other employee compensation processes.
- Experience in payroll budget planning and plan vs. actual variance analysis (required).
- Experience calculating vacation pay and sick leave compensation for various work schedules including standard, shift patterns, and part-time in compliance with Ukrainian labour legislation (required).
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with linked worksheets and workbooks (required).
- Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations in Poland, Kazakhstan, and Cyprus (required).
- Previous experience in a customer contact centre (required).
