Data Analyst
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and analysing data related to user acquisition and behaviour to support business decision-making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining interactive dashboards and monitoring data quality to ensure accuracy across the organisation. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify the root causes of data anomalies and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data on user acquisition and behavior.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards in Tableau.
- Monitor data quality, promptly identify root causes of anomalies and discrepancies.
- Perform ad-hoc analytics to support business decision-making.
- Document data processing logic, metric definitions, and analytical workflows.
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst (required)
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, aggregation, joins, window functions) (required)
- Experience in building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau (required)
- Understanding of product and web traffic metrics (Retention, LTV, CAC, CR, ROI, Churn) (required)
- Basic knowledge of statistics for data analysis and trend identification (required)
- Experience working with ClickHouse and analyzing large datasets (nice-to-have)
- Hands-on experience with product and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.) (nice-to-have)
- Experience in conducting and evaluating A/B test results (nice-to-have)
- Basic knowledge of Python for data processing automation (nice-to-have)
- Strong analytical mindset and a systematic approach to problem-solving (required)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy (required)
- Proactivity driven to uncover underlying causes of anomalies rather than just reporting numbers (required)
- Communication skills to clearly present insights to the team and business stakeholders (required)
