Data Scientist Senior
The role involves developing and deploying predictive models for Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to optimise marketing spend and improve retention strategies.

- Develop and deploy predictive models for Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to optimise marketing spend and improve retention strategies.
- Develop and test machine learning models for customer behaviour prediction, deploying to production.
- Work with tabular data collecting, cleaning, and exploring datasets, building ML pipelines.
- Apply statistical methods to analyse and interpret data, finding patterns, insights to improve quality of models.
- Maintain existing models.
- Communicate and present results.
- Proven experience in analysis large amount of data (required).
- Experience in solving customer behaviour prediction tasks (required).
- Knowledge of ML algorithms for regression, classification, clustering, ability to apply them to business problems (required).
- Solid experience in SQL (required).
- Extensive experience with Python for data processing, modeling, and visualization (required).
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability theory (required).
- Passion to drive projects from R&D to business value (required).
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and toolchain (SageMaker, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc.) (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau) (nice-to-have).
- Experience with tools for managing ML workflows (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge and experience with algorithms and data structures (required).
- Knowledge of OOP (required).
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) (required).
- Participation in Kaggle competitions (nice-to-have).
