DevOps Engineer

Description

Pin-Up Global is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its DutyOps team. This role involves monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability of traffic delivery to products.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-growing business environment, collaborating with a multicultural team of professionals across various departments. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site in offices located in Warsaw, Limassol, or Yerevan.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and maintaining current infrastructure as part of the DutyOps team's responsibilities.
  • Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and failures using runbooks provided to the team.
  • Monitoring traffic delivery to the product via mirrors and its recovery in case of failure within the scope of the responsibilities of the DutyOps team.
  • Communication with other teams when resolving infrastructure incidents in SOS channels according to the authority of the DutyOps team.
  • Optimization of the processes of performance of the tasks assigned to the team DutyOps.
Requirements
  • Linux Administrator experience of 2 year or more (required)
  • Knowledge/understanding of network operation (tcp/ip, protocols: http/https, principles of DNS operation) (required)
  • Linux/CLI – installation, configuration (required)
  • Nginx proxying (required)
  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana stack (configuration, support, dashboards) (required)
  • LogQA language DB: MongoDB, Postgresql, ClickHouse – installation, support, clustering (required)
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles (required)
  • Understanding the principles of working with terraform and ansible (required)
  • Git (understanding how branching works, knowledge of various gitflows) (required)
  • Experience work with cloud platforms AWS, GCP (required)
  • Experience work with Kubernetes(EKS), Docker (required)
  • Bash/Python scripts (the ability to write simple scripts to automate routine tasks) (required)
  • Cloudflare (Custom Hostnames, DNS, WAF) or other CDN (required)
  • Experience with Nats (required)
  • Experience with Redis (required)
  • Experience with Jira (required)
