Responsibilities
  • Lead People Partners Team across international locations.
  • Build and develop team; set goals, monitor workload, ensure quality execution.
  • Provide training and professional development.
  • Work with HR metrics; make data-driven personnel decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of existing HR processes and systems.
  • Lead implementation of grading system.
  • Initiate updates in HR policies and processes.
  • Maintain and enhance automated HR processes.
  • Identify performance gaps and cost inefficiencies through data analysis.
  • Provide C-level with critical people statistics and trends.
  • Deliver recommendations for strengthening employer brand.
  • Monitor organizational structure effectiveness.
  • Train line managers on HR processes.
  • Partner with C-level leaders on HR quality and business impact.
  • Align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Resolve issues impacting business performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in a senior HR leadership role (required).
  • Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 15 direct reports within a fast-paced, online business environment with a workforce of 2000+ employees (required).
  • Experience in scaling HR operations to support rapid growth is highly desirable (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and current industry trends (required).
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies (required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives (required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (required).
  • Experience working within the IT industry or a technology-focused environment is highly preferred (preferred).
  • Russian or Ukrainian language C1 and above (required).
  • Fluent English (required).
