Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement a market entry strategy for BatTrip, establishing strong positioning and a unique brand image.
- Take ownership of the marketing direction, defining brand development strategies, key initiatives, and priorities.
- Shape the creative direction of the brand by developing unconventional marketing concepts, promotional mechanics, and campaigns that will distinguish BatTrip from competitors.
- Initiate and implement new marketing ideas, test non-standard approaches, and identify growth opportunities through creative and performance tools.
- Create marketing briefs and oversee the implementation of campaigns at all stages.
- Analyse the market, competitors, trends, and audience needs, transforming insights into marketing solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and take responsibility for achieving business results.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (required)
- Ability to independently develop and execute marketing plans (required)
- Strategic and creative thinking with the ability to develop unconventional marketing solutions (required)
- Experience conducting market, competitor, and target audience research and transforming insights into marketing strategies (required)
- Experience developing positioning, unique value propositions (UVP), and key communication messages (required)
- Experience launching new products or marketing initiatives (required)
- Strong understanding of audience acquisition channels and how they work (required)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions (required)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple teams (required)
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (required)
- Portfolio of marketing cases featuring creative concepts (required)
- Experience delivering unconventional marketing and performance campaigns with measurable business results (required)
- Experience developing integrated 360° marketing campaigns (required)
- Experience managing creative projects and collaborating with marketing agencies (required)
- Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and partner marketing activities (required)
