Marketing Project Manager
The Marketing Project Manager will oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department. This role involves assuming responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain and evaluating the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.
The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between various team members and will be responsible for improving procedures to maximise team productivity. They will also foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department and the broader group of companies.

- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager (required)
- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall) (required)
- Basic understanding of marketing processes (required)
- Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) (required)
- Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management (required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate (required)
- Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions (required)
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment (required)
- English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate (required)
- Experience working with marketing teams or projects (preferred)
- Experience in the betting industry (nice-to-have)
- Experience with budget management, Plan/Fact reporting, and basic financial control (required)
