Media Buyer
Pin-Up Global is seeking a Media Buyer to join its team. This role focuses on managing traffic acquisition, optimising performance, and scaling campaigns within the gambling and betting verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new funnels, managing creative workflows, and ensuring traffic quality meets specific performance targets.
This position requires a deep understanding of ad networks, auction systems, and the ability to influence key metrics such as retention and LTV. The role involves performing complex traffic analysis and making precise optimisation decisions for key performance indicators, as well as confident use of task managers and tracking systems like Jira.
- Deliver at least 90%+ of the personal media plan for the first/second month.
- Achieve a monthly volume of 600+ first deposits (FD).
- Scale monthly ad spend to $100,000.
- Ensure target traffic payback TV(30d) ≥ 90% CPA over a 30-day period.
- Build and structure the creative workflow through clear technical briefs and Jira processes.
- Conduct QA testing of current funnels, uncover competitor cloaking via spy services, and generate at least 3–5 new profitable funnels/flows for the team.
- Deep understanding of ad networks and vertical-specific nuances (required).
- Thorough knowledge of how ad networks operate, including auction systems and traffic specifics across different segments (required).
- Understanding of the full acquisition/launch funnel across all Network ad formats within the Gambling and Betting verticals (required).
- Expert-level proficiency with tools, including advanced use of spy services for competitive analysis, cloaking detection, and QA testing (required).
- Ability to effectively influence key traffic quality metrics like Retention, LTV, CR, and CPA based on source and GEO specifics (required).
- Deep analytics skills for performing complex traffic analysis and making precise optimisation decisions (required).
- Confident use of task managers and tracking systems, specifically Jira (required).
- Advanced ability to create detailed technical briefs for designers and copywriters (required).
- Ability to significantly increase traffic volumes while maintaining stable profitability and target KPIs (required).
- Experience in the discovery and testing of new funnels and combinations for traffic acquisition (required).
