A People Partner is sought to manage the full cycle of HR processes for assigned teams, ensuring seamless operations from recruitment to offboarding. This role involves participating in the creation, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures, adapting them to meet the specific needs of different teams.

The People Partner will facilitate the onboarding process for managers and act as a collaborative partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance and support on HR and organisational matters. Ensuring leaders are equipped with the tools and insights needed to inspire and manage their teams effectively is key.

Employee engagement and satisfaction monitoring is a core responsibility, involving regular assessment and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall employee experience. The role also includes acting as a trusted advisor to team members on HR and organisational matters, and developing and implementing initiatives to strengthen the corporate culture and employer brand.

Tailored team support and development is also a focus, identifying specific team needs and implementing targeted activities. Working closely with the L&D Department, the People Partner will help develop and deliver soft skills programmes to support professional development. Proposing and coordinating internal events to strengthen team unity, celebrate achievements, and reinforce the organisation's culture and values is also part of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of HR processes for assigned teams, ensuring seamless operations from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Participate in the creation, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that these policies are adapted to meet the specific needs of different teams.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for managers and ensure they are well understood in HR processes.
  • Act as a collaborative partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance and support on HR and organisational matters. Ensure that leaders are equipped with the tools and insights needed to inspire and manage their teams effectively.
  • Regularly monitor and assess employee satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Provide trusted advice and organizational support. Act as a trusted advisor to team members on HR and organisational matters, providing guidance and ensuring they have a reliable point of contact for support.
  • Strengthen corporate culture and employer branding. Develop and implement innovative initiatives to strengthen the culture and employer brand, both internally and externally. Actively promote the organisation's unique value proposition.
  • Provide tailored team support and development. Identify the specific needs of each team and implement targeted activities to address them.
  • Working closely with L&D Department, help to develop and deliver soft skills programmes to support the professional development of team members and ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Propose and coordinate internal events designed to strengthen team unity, celebrate achievements and reinforce the organisation's culture and values.
Requirements
  • A proven passion for HR or psychology, with at least three years' relevant experience in the field (required).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and authentic relationships with diverse personality types (required).
  • Strong active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, fostering an environment where all parties feel valued and understood (required).
  • Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets as integral tools in daily tasks, managing them with ease and efficiency (required).
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to both large initiatives and smaller tasks as required (required).
  • English B2 and above (required).
  • Experience in managing small HR teams will be a significant advantage (nice-to-have).
