Product Manager
PIN-UP Menu is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. This role involves defining and executing product strategy, positioning, and the roadmap, while also managing requirements, controlling timelines, and ensuring release quality assurance. The Product Manager will be responsible for daily metrics monitoring, including DAU/MAU, user funnel conversion rate, and profitability.
Collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams such as Development, BI, CRM, and Marketing is a key aspect of this position. The role requires a strategic mindset capable of balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational management.
- Defining and executing product strategy, positioning, and the roadmap.
- Requirements management, timeline control, and release quality assurance.
- Daily metrics monitoring: DAU/MAU, User funnel conversion rate, profitability, etc.
- Collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams (Dev, BI, CRM, Marketing).
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful launches of large or complex products (required).
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, business models, and unit economics (required).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously (required).
- Experience launching or managing whitelabel platforms in iGaming or related industries (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of market-specific requirements (regulations, compliance, localization) (required).
- Knowledge of crypto-industry (required).
- Skills in strategic planning and product P&L management (required).
- Leadership: ability to guide teams, build trust, and establish authority (required).
- Strong negotiation skills for working with partners and stakeholders (required).
- Strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational management (required).
