Project Manager
Pin-Up Global is hiring a Project Manager. This role involves coordinating task execution across Media Buying departments and managing Jira workflows to ensure project success. The Project Manager will work with department leads to build and maintain backlogs, set priorities, and plan workloads based on team capacity.
The position requires the ability to track task progress, identify risks and blockers, and coordinate their resolution. The Project Manager will also facilitate collaboration between Buying, Sales, Tech, Account Management, and other project stakeholders, conduct status meetings, and document agreements.
Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining standardized Jira workflows, task templates, management guidelines, dashboards, and documentation. The Project Manager will prepare weekly reports for management covering completed tasks, deviations, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate task execution across Media Buying departments.
- Manage Jira: create and structure tasks, keep statuses, deadlines, priorities, and assignees up to date.
- Ensure high-quality task definition, including clear descriptions, expected outcomes, and completion criteria.
- Work with department leads to build and maintain the backlog, set priorities, and plan workloads based on team capacity.
- Track task progress, proactively identify risks of missed deadlines, document blockers, and coordinate their resolution.
- Coordinate collaboration between Buying, Sales, Tech, Account Management, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular task status meetings, document agreements, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare weekly reports for the manager covering completed tasks, deviations from the plan, risks, and issues requiring decisions.
- Develop and maintain standardized Jira workflows, including task templates, management guidelines, dashboards, and documentation.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator. (required)
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including task management, backlog maintenance, and deadline tracking. (required)
- Understanding of Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or Retargeting processes. (nice-to-have)
- Ability to structure tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously. (required)
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with team leads and cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings, and documenting agreements. (required)
- Ability to identify blockers, track task completion, and communicate risks in a timely manner. (required)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. (required)
