Project Manager (Tech)

Pin-Up Global is looking for a Project Manager (Tech) to own end-to-end delivery for two engineering teams within one of the company's key product streams. The role focuses on building and maintaining predictable delivery processes, ensuring high execution quality, and driving the successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

The Project Manager (Tech) will partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and define clear priorities. They will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing cross-team dependencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery maturity.

• Own end-to-end delivery for two engineering teams within one of the company's key product streams.
• Build and maintain predictable delivery processes, ensuring high execution quality and delivery reliability.
• Drive Sprint planning, execution and delivery commitments, ensuring teams consistently achieve agreed objectives.
• Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ceremonies, team collaboration and overall Agile maturity.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog, define clear priorities and ensure initiatives are well-prepared for execution.
• Drive execution of business-critical initiatives by proactively removing blockers, making timely decisions and ensuring successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-team and cross-domain initiatives, effectively managing dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks and execution gaps early, driving mitigation plans and ensuring issues are resolved rather than simply communicated.
• Challenge teams constructively by driving realistic planning, clear prioritization and transparent delivery commitments.
• Hold teams accountable for delivery commitments while creating an environment that enables successful execution and continuous improvement.
• Establish delivery transparency through reporting, KPIs, Sprint health metrics and Jira dashboards.
• Coach teams toward greater ownership, accountability and execution discipline, continuously improving delivery maturity.
• Build trusted relationships with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to enable fast decision-making and effective collaboration.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Ensure teams remain focused on the highest-priority business initiatives while balancing delivery commitments in a fast-changing environment.

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile projects (required).
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery practices, with proven experience stabilizing and scaling engineering teams (required).
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously within a shared product stream (required).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align Product, Engineering and Business priorities (required).
• Proven ability to manage cross-team and cross-domain dependencies in complex product environments (required).
• Strong understanding of project planning, prioritization, roadmap management and delivery forecasting (required).
• Proven experience driving execution end-to-end, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time while proactively removing blockers, making decisions and mitigating risks (required).
• Experience establishing predictable delivery processes and improving execution quality (required).
• Ability to identify delivery risks early, drive mitigation plans and ensure resolution rather than only reporting issues (required).
• Experience improving backlog quality together with Product Owners, including epics, initiatives and prioritization (required).
• Strong Jira expertise, including workflow optimization, reporting and delivery transparency (required).
• Strong analytical thinking, systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills (required).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment (required).
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (required).
• PMP, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile/Project Management certifications (required).
• Experience working in high-growth product companies (required).
• Technical background or previous hands-on engineering experience (required).
• Experience leading delivery transformations or improving Agile maturity across teams (required).
