Pin-Up Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of native mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms, as well as testing backend services and APIs to maintain data consistency.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-growing business environment, collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site in Warsaw, Limassol, or Yerevan.
- Perform manual testing of Android, iOS, and Flutter applications.
- Test backend services and APIs.
- Validate data consistency between mobile application and backend.
- Participate in requirement analysis and grooming sessions.
- Create, maintain and execute test cases, checklists and regression suites.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing.
- Compatibility testing across devices and OS versions.
- Investigate defects using application logs and backend responses.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and designers.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Participate in release validation.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and SDLC.
- Assist in defining test strategies for new features.
- Support automation initiatives where applicable.
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing of native mobile applications (Android & iOS) (required)
- Experience in testing Flutter-based mobile applications (required)
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle (required)
- Experience with Android Studio and Xcode (required)
- Experience with log analysis (ADB, Logcat, Charles Proxy, Proxyman or similar tools) (required)
- Experience in API testing (REST via PostMan, gRPC via Kreya will be a plus) (required)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation (required)
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and test design techniques (required)
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (Test Cases, Checklists, Test Plans) (required)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (Jira or similar) (required)
- Intermediate English or higher (required)
- Some real experience in automation testing (Appium, Maestro or similar) or strong passion to develop automation skills (required)
- Basic knowledge of Flutter architecture (required)
- Experience with Firebase services (required)
- CI/CD understanding (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) (required)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript) (required)
- Experience with AI-powered tools (Cursor, Gemini) to improve QA activities (required)
