Security Officer
PIN-UP is looking for a Security Officer. This role involves conducting regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats related to the security of the holding's assets. The officer will be responsible for prompt response to security-related incidents, including investigations and implementation of corrective measures. Additionally, the role includes preparing reports on the overall security status of the holding, analysing incidents, and developing recommendations to improve security measures. The Security Officer will participate in joint projects with other departments to integrate security considerations into business processes and organise measures to protect personal data and trade secrets. The position also involves conducting background checks of candidates during the hiring process, supporting employee termination procedures, and organising security arrangements during events.
- Conducting regular risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and threats related to the security of the holding’s assets.
- Prompt response to security-related incidents, including investigations and implementation of corrective measures.
- Preparing reports on the overall security status of the holding, analysing incidents, and developing recommendations to improve security measures.
- Participating in joint projects with other departments of the holding to integrate security considerations into business processes.
- Organising measures to protect personal data and trade secrets.
- Conducting background checks of candidates during the hiring process.
- Supporting employee termination procedures.
- Organising security arrangements during events.
- Higher education in Law or Economics (required)
- At least 3 years of experience in personnel (internal) and economic security within private companies (required)
- Experience in conducting background checks on individuals and legal entities (required)
- Experience working in law enforcement agencies (required)
- Knowledge of security systems (required)
- Experience working with a polygraph examiner (required)
- Experience working with databases (required)
- Proficient PC user (required)
- Willingness to work irregular hours (required)
- Fluent English (spoken) (required)
- Ability to travel abroad to ensure security at exhibitions and conferences (required)
- Good physical condition (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
