Senior Licensing Manager
PIN-UP Global is seeking a senior-level professional to manage gambling licensing processes. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of obtaining international and local gambling licenses, from initial jurisdiction selection and strategy development to final issuance and ongoing post-licensing compliance.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for regulators and industry providers. They will be responsible for defining global licensing roadmaps that align with the company's business strategy, product development, and market expansion goals, while coordinating across legal, product, compliance, and executive teams.
- Leading the process of obtaining new gambling licenses.
- Supporting the company’s operations under existing gambling licenses.
- Ensuring compliance with global gambling licensing requirements.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating gambling policies and procedures in line with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Higher legal education (required)
- 3+ years of senior-level experience in iGaming / gambling / betting, including leadership responsibility (required)
- English - fluent (C1+) (required)
- Proven end-to-end experience in obtaining gambling licenses, both international and local, covering the full lifecycle - from jurisdiction selection and licensing strategy to license issuance and post-licensing compliance (required)
- In-depth knowledge of licensing regimes in Curaçao, Anjouan and Tobique (required)
- Hands-on experience managing both B2B and B2C gambling licenses, including renewals, amendments, migrations and regulatory reporting (required)
- Established professional relationships with regulators, licensing authorities, and key industry providers (licensing, compliance, payments) (required)
- Ability to define and execute a global licensing roadmap, aligned with business strategy, product development and market expansion (required)
- Experience in B2B software licensing, including licensing of gaming and IT platforms, software certification, interaction with regulators and providers, and post-licensing compliance (required)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with experience coordinating legal, product, compliance, payments and executive teams (required)
