Software Engineer (Flutter)
Pin-Up Global is seeking a Software Engineer (Flutter) to join its mobile engineering team. The role involves developing high-quality mobile application features by implementing scalable architecture, reusable components, and best engineering practices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Mobile Engineering team and report to the Team Lead to deliver robust solutions.

- Develop high-quality mobile application features by implementing scalable architecture, reusable components, and best engineering practices.
- Optimize application performance by analyzing rendering bottlenecks, profiling builds, improving memory usage, and ensuring smooth user experience across devices.
- Implement complex animations by designing motion flows, building custom animation controllers, and ensuring high rendering performance within Flutter’s framework.
- Maintain and support the team’s monorepository by structuring modules, updating shared packages, and ensuring consistent development workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Backend teams by participating in planning, refining requirements, and ensuring smooth integration of mobile features.
- Engage in code review by providing constructive feedback, maintaining code quality, and ensuring consistency with team standards.
- Report to the Team Lead and collaborate closely with the Mobile Engineering team.
- Strong experience with Flutter framework and proven ability to develop production-grade mobile applications. (required)
- Deep knowledge of Dart programming language, state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or similar), and Flutter architectural patterns. (required)
- Experience working in a monorepo environment, including managing shared libraries and coordinating cross-module changes. (required)
- Strong skills in building and optimizing Flutter animations, including custom animations, transitions, and motion design implementation. (required)
- Experience with performance optimization: rendering, memory usage, build size, and API interaction improvements. (required)
- Knowledge of modular architecture or clean architecture principles with practical application in commercial projects. (required)
- Experience with analytics tools, push notifications, and in-app purchase integrations. (required)
- Knowledge of application lifecycle, networking, CI/CD practices, version control systems, and mobile debugging tools. (required)
- 3–4+ years of experience in mobile development in a relevant position. (required)
- Experience with native Android or/and iOS development for deeper platform-level integration. (nice-to-have)
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers. (nice-to-have)
- Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, integration tests). (nice-to-have)
- Experience with advanced analytics pipelines or event-based architectures. (nice-to-have)
