Software Engineer (PHP)
The company is seeking a Software Engineer (PHP) to join its technical team. This role focuses on server-side development and the maintenance of high-performance, scalable systems within a multicultural professional environment.
The successful candidate will work on microservices architecture and contribute to the stability and performance of applications. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from offices in Warsaw, Limassol, or Yerevan.
- Write high-performance, testable, and maintainable code to implement new functionality.
- Analyze and estimate implementation efforts for tasks.
- Contribute to monitoring and improving application stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, provide workarounds and resolve various software problems.
- 5+ years working with PHP (Symfony/Laravel) for server-side development (required)
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments (required)
- Solid understanding and practical application of design and architectural patterns (Clean/Onion/Hexagonal architecture, SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI) (required)
- Experience with multiple databases (RDMBS, NoSQL, SQL, Redis, etc.) and messaging services (NATS, etc.) (required)
- Experience with micro-services design and development (required)
- Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation (required)
- Hands-on experience with Golang (nice-to-have)
- Experience with MongoDB (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Grafana/Tempo/Loki/OTEL + Prometheus (nice-to-have)
- Experience with high load systems (nice-to-have)
