Software Engineer (PHP)
The company is looking for a Software Engineer (PHP) to join their team. This role focuses on server-side development within a fast-growing business group, working alongside a multicultural team of professionals across various departments including development, architecture, and management.
The position offers the flexibility to work either remotely or on-site in offices located in Warsaw, Limassol, or Yerevan. The successful candidate will contribute to high-performance systems and collaborate with experts in a professional and success-driven environment.
- Write high-performance, testable, and maintainable code to implement new functionality.
- Analyze and estimate implementation efforts for tasks.
- Contribute to monitoring and improving application stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, provide workarounds and resolve various software problems.
- 5+ years working with PHP (Symfony/Laravel) for server-side development (required)
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments (required)
- Solid understanding and practical application of design and architectural patterns (Clean/Onion/Hexagonal architecture, SOA, SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI) (required)
- Experience with multiple databases (RDMBS, NoSQL, SQL, Redis, etc.) (required)
- Experience with messaging services (NATS, etc.) (required)
- Experience with micro-services design and development (required)
- Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation (required)
- Hands-on experience with Golang (nice-to-have)
- Experience with MongoDB (nice-to-have)
- Experience with Grafana/Tempo/Loki/OTEL + Prometheus (nice-to-have)
- High load systems (nice-to-have)
