Team Lead Fullstack
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Team Lead Fullstack to join their team. This role involves developing and maintaining web-based games with backends built on .NET solutions, while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
The successful candidate will lead a team, adjusting and defining SCRUM processes to prioritise SDLC speed. They will also be responsible for coaching team members to evolve their soft and hard skills, while collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Adjust and define the SCRUM process in the team, following shift-left and other best practices on the market, by prioritising the SDLC speed.
- Coach and continuously evolve the soft and hard skills of the team.
- Develop and maintain web-based games with the backend based on .NET solutions.
- Optimise game performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards.
- Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, estimations, and iterative improvements.
- Follow shift-left with TDD/BDD.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using .NET/JS (required).
- Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API, and C# (required).
- Strong experience with relational databases, especially MS SQL or PostgreSQL, and ORM tools (required).
- Hands-on experience with designing and optimizing database schemas and queries (required).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS) (required).
- Experience with messaging systems (e.g., NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ) (preferred).
- Understanding of best practices for monitoring and observability of web applications (required).
- Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing, TDD, BDD, and shift-left practices (required).
- Familiarity with microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture principles (required).
- JS/Typescript related tech, with Angular or React (required).
- Experience with in-browser game engines (pixi.js/babylon.js/cocos.js or similar) (nice-to-have).
