Team Lead IT Support
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Team Lead IT Support to manage and coordinate a team of IT Support Engineers across multiple international office locations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality IT service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and driving process improvements within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
The successful candidate will oversee team performance, resource allocation, and the lifecycle management of corporate hardware and workplace technologies. This position requires a balance of technical expertise in Windows and macOS administration, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders to support the company's growing infrastructure.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 6–7 IT Support Engineers across 2-3 locations.
- Organize team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure efficient support operations.
- Ensure high-quality IT support services by maintaining SLA compliance and continuously improving service delivery.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely provisioning of workplace equipment and user readiness.
- Organize and oversee the rollout of corporate systems and workplace technologies at the end-user and device level.
- Ensure continuous availability of standardized hardware through procurement planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Drive hardware standardization, asset inventory accuracy, and full hardware lifecycle management.
- Develop, maintain, and improve IT Support documentation, operational procedures, and user-facing knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Information Security, HR, Procurement, Workplace, and other internal stakeholders to improve IT services and operational efficiency.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular 1:1 meetings, support employee development, participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization across supported locations.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on service quality, risks, and improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Workplace Technology, or Corporate IT. (required)
- 1–2+ years of experience leading or mentoring an IT Support team. (required)
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple office locations. (required)
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration. (required)
- Experience with enterprise identity and device management platforms. (required)
- Hands-on experience administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. (required)
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple device lifecycle management. (required)
- Experience with endpoint provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security management. (required)
- Solid understanding of corporate network services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi). (required)
- Experience with ITSM platforms and incident/request management processes. (required)
- Experience managing IT asset lifecycle, inventory, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships. (required)
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and IT service delivery best practices. (required)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills. (required)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short business trips to supported office locations. (required)
