UI/UX Designer
The UI/UX Designer role focuses on the development of design for the main platforms: Web, iOS, and Android. This involves building and maintaining Design Systems, including creating and customising auto layout and variants. The designer will also describe the rules of behaviour for new modules, referred to as Guide & Rules.
Key responsibilities include creating interactive prototypes, collaborating with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience, and conducting competitor analysis. The role also requires presenting design decisions to the team, clearly explaining the rationale behind them.
- Development of design for the main platforms Web, iOS, Android.
- Build and maintain Design Systems (create and customise auto layout, variants).
- Describe the rules of behaviour of new modules Guide & Rules.
- Create interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience.
- Competitor analysis.
- Presentation of your decisions to the team, ability to tell how and why such decisions were made.
- At least 3 years of experience with commercial projects (required).
- Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodology (required).
- Ability to find and use references (required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale (required).
- Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and system design methodologies (required).
- Experience in creating interactive prototypes (required).
