Events Manager
Playson is seeking an Events Manager to join a small, autonomous team. This role involves ensuring the company's presence at major international exhibitions, organising signature Playson&Friends parties, and creating exclusive experiences for key partners. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex projects from start to finish, managing budget, vendors, logistics, brand, and guest experience. The role demands a high standard of quality to ensure events reflect Playson's reputation.
- Manage participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC, covering strategy, budget, booth design, build, on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Negotiate with organisers, agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery within budget.
- Plan and produce Playson&Friends parties and high-end experiences for key clients.
- Handle all aspects of event production including concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience.
- Partner with Account Managers to create branded client hampers and promotional gifting, including sourcing, production and international delivery.
- Build a reliable supplier network to deliver consistent quality at scale.
- 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment (required).
- Proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end with personal accountability (required).
- Ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site (required).
- Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences (required).
- Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies (required).
- Creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency (required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Excellent spoken and written English (required).
- Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem (nice-to-have).
- Willingness to travel frequently (required).
