The successful candidate will design game symbols, characters, and promotional materials, ensuring art leads the market, and refine artwork based on team and stakeholder feedback. This position requires a professional who can prepare 2D artworks for animation, ensuring smooth transitions from static images to dynamic visuals, and be an active part of the Playson Art Community, sharing ideas and inspiration.

- Participate in mood boards, brainstorming sessions, and market trend analysis to spark new projects.
- Design game symbols, characters, and promotional materials, ensuring our art leads the market.
- Refine and perfect artwork based on team and stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare 2D artworks for animation, ensuring smooth transitions from static images to dynamic visuals.
- Be an active part of the Playson Art Community, sharing ideas and inspiration.
- Over 5 years as a professional 2D Artist in the slots game industry (required)
- Proficiency with Photoshop and similar raster graphics applications (required)
- Experience with 3D as a bonus (nice-to-have)
- Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, lighting, anatomy, and diverse art styles (required)
- Classical art education is a plus (nice-to-have)
- Excellent collaboration skills, providing and receiving constructive feedback (required)
