Accounting Specialist (GL)
Playtech Managed Services, part of the Playtech Group, is seeking an Accounting Specialist (GL) with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The role involves supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes by performing cost reconciliations, implementing cost allocation rules in SAP, and reviewing TB, PL, and BS.
Responsibilities include participating in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group reports in line with Group requirements, and assisting with monthly and annual budgets and forecasts under the general guidance of the direct manager.
The successful candidate will create supporting Excel files for cost analyses (budget vs. actual), along with various monthly reports and checks. They will also create company POs, monitor their approval workflow, and ensure their correct reflection in the Monthly Cash Request. Taking part in the company’s payment process by performing all related checks and participating in the bookkeeping process in SAP are also key duties.

- Participate in the bookkeeping process in SAP.
- 5 years of accounting experience (required).
- 2 years of accounting experience preferably gained in international business environments (preferred).
- Higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (required).
- Deep accounting knowledge (required).
- Intermediate level Excel skills to support analyses and reporting (required).
- Good level of written and spoken communication skills in English (required).
- Ability to analyze financial data with accuracy and critical thinking (required).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality (required).
- Well-organised, punctual, and attentive to detail in all tasks (required).
- Ability to prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines and manage workload (required).
- Previous experience with SAP (nice-to-have).
