Billing Operations Analyst
Playtech's Finance team is looking for a proactive Revenue Operations Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The role involves monitoring customer balances and managing cash flow to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. The analyst will prepare, validate, and maintain billing-related data to support accurate customer billing calculations across different products and platforms. They will also generate, analyse, and present ad-hoc revenue reports for management review, assist in revenue forecasting, and support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include processing customer requests with accuracy and efficiency, developing and maintaining internal controls to strengthen revenue management activities, and identifying, investigating, and resolving revenue-related issues promptly. The analyst will also assist in internal and external financial audits and explore opportunities to improve revenue processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and support operational excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a global company (required)
- Comfortable using Excel and handling large datasets (required)
- Experience managing important company processes and meeting deadlines (required)
- Strong analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers (required)
- Confidence working cross-functionally and handling confidential information (required)
