Bingo Performance Manager
Playtech is seeking a Bingo Performance Manager to drive results across its Bingo network. The role focuses on delivering growth through insight, collaboration, and operational excellence within the Bingo and Casino sectors.
The successful candidate will own and drive Bingo and Casino (Slots/Side Games) performance across the network of clients. They will build strong, outcome-driven relationships with operators and internal teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for performance-related queries, ensuring timely, outcome-focused communication. The role involves monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance, identifying trends and risks early and responding with pace. They will execute commercially impactful promotional campaigns, schedule changes, and product launches, and optimise room setup, game positioning, menus, and pacing to maximise visibility and performance. Performance insights will be shared in a clear, actionable format that drives commercial decision-making, feeding into performance planning and prioritisation with data-led recommendations. Outcomes will be reviewed and activity continuously improved based on performance results and feedback.
- Own and drive Bingo and Casino (Slots/Side Games) performance across the network of clients.

- Prior experience in the gaming industry (e.g. iGaming, online casino, lottery) (required).
- Strong expertise in Casino (slots/side games) and exposure to Bingo performance or operations (required).
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen to inform decisions and drive measurable growth (required).
- Confidence working with performance data, trends, and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks (required).
- Understanding of gaming, entertainment, and player engagement mechanics across B2B and B2C environments (required).
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations (required).
- Ability to communicate confidently and build trusted, outcome-focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders (required).
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution (required).
