Customer Service Associate with Dutch
Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Customer Service Associate fluent in Dutch and English, with great communication skills.
This role focuses on delivering exceptional gaming experiences to Holland Casino clients by providing outstanding customer support.
The successful candidate will handle queries of existing customers via chat, e-mail, and/or phone calls, using a professional and friendly approach. They will be empowered to resolve any customer issue, follow company procedures, and keep up with the standards. The role also involves meeting predetermined personal and team targets.

- Handle queries of existing customers via chat, e-mail, and/or phone calls.
- Use a professional and friendly approach in assisting with queries.

- High-level verbal and written Dutch skills (required).
