The role involves managing and coordinating client meetings for ongoing and new projects. You will implement the account management strategy and make it work. Presenting data and showcasing products and services is key. You will coordinate teams and keep projects on track. Collaboration with internal teams and partners to hit KPIs is essential. Keeping clients updated on the latest tech and tools that improve service quality is also part of the role.
