Data Protection Compliance Analyst
Playtech is looking for a Data Protection Compliance Analyst to join its Group Data Protection team in London, reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer. This role is designed for an aspiring subject matter expert who is curious, organised, and eager to develop into a specialist in data protection.

- Own the day-to-day record keeping that sits at the heart of the data protection framework, creating, maintaining and quality-checking records.
- Support a Group-wide review of Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) to ensure every legal entity has up-to-date documentation of personal data processing.
- Help run data mapping exercises to build and maintain a clear view of where personal data lives and how it moves across the business.
- Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to help identify, document and assess higher-risk processing activities.
- Support supplier and system due diligence by gathering information, tracking reviews and flagging areas that need a closer look.
- Highlight potential data protection risks and help track the actions taken to resolve them.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to explain requirements clearly and ensure tasks are completed properly.

- Exposure to compliance, regulatory, legal, risk or data protection work (nice-to-have).
- Experience in an office-based customer service environment (nice-to-have).
- Experience in a regulated sector such as banking, financial services, gaming or with a regulator (nice-to-have).
- Experience preparing or delivering presentations (nice-to-have).
- Interest in technology, social media and artificial intelligence (nice-to-have).
- Relevant degree or certification in law, compliance, information governance or data protection (nice-to-have).
