FP&A and Compensation Analyst

Description

Playtech is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A and Compensation Analyst to join its Global Finance team. In this role, the analyst will support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compensation analysis across a global organisation. Working closely with Finance, People & Culture, Payroll, and business leaders, the analyst will help transform complex data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Support workforce budgeting, forecasting, and employee cost planning.
  • Analyse salary, bonus, benefits, and headcount data, providing meaningful business insights.
  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support salary reviews, compensation analysis, and market benchmarking activities.
  • Assist with bonus and performance plan calculations, validations, and reporting.
  • Monitor workforce trends, including hiring, attrition, and organisational changes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, Payroll, and business stakeholders on workforce and compensation planning.
  • Maintain accurate employee cost and compensation data across systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Have experience in FP&A, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Payroll, Audit, HR Analytics, or a similar analytical role (required).
  • Possess strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills (required).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets (required).
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to different stakeholders (required).
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ownership, and discretion when handling sensitive data (required).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment (required).
  • Experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or employee cost management (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of compensation review and bonus planning processes (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, TM1/Planning Analytics, HRIS, or payroll systems (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation (nice-to-have).
